Yeh, it may sound a little tacky at first thought – making a toast at a beautiful wedding reception with a room full of raised plastic glasses – it’s quite the contrary, however. Plastic champagne glasses are actually a perfect solution for many of the trials one faces when trying to cater to their guests at a big event like a graduation, family reunion, or, of course, a wedding.
First and foremost, large parties and gatherings tend to get expensive very quickly. Unless you have the money to float dozens of glass or crystal flutes, keeping it real will send you to the poor house in a hurry, so it’s in your best interest to cut costs wherever you can. Since everybody’s drinking, everybody needs a glass. Well, if you go the artificial route, you can get a 100 of them for less than $10. There’s really no reason to spend any more than that – get enough booze in them with all that extra money, and they’ll just drink straight from the bottle anyway (at least my friends and family do).
Plastic glasses offer extremely versatile style for every occasion. You can find a model with the right color, shape, and volume to match the mood and decor of any party. Take a trip to your local party store, or just surf on over to Amazon, and you’ll find tall, short, skinny fat, black, white and purple flutes all across the board…spill the wine, take that girl!
And speaking of spilling your beverage, dropped glasses are no big deal when you don’t have to worry about them shattering all over the floor. In fact, go ahead, and throw them on the floor. At 100 plastic flutes for $10 bucks, just toss em in the recycling bin when your done and grab another drink – get wasted being wasteful!
Whether it’s sparkling cider for the kids, or the real bubbly for the grown-ups, you need to keep your guests full of fizz, but you don’t have to break your bank account doing it. Plastic champagne glasses make it easy to keep everyone happy during any get together.
